Questa informativa spiega quali dati personali tratta l'app My Horse World, per quali scopi e con quali garanzie, secondo il Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

2. Quali dati trattiamo

Account: il tuo indirizzo email, a cui mandiamo il codice di accesso, e la lingua che scegli.
Schede dei cavalli: i dati che inserisci (nome, razza, sesso, data di nascita, mantello, altezza al garrese, discipline, foto, note), il padre e la madre, collegati alla scheda di un altro cavallo o scritti a mano, e i nomi degli antenati; il microchip e il codice UELN; se il cavallo è visibile agli altri proprietari e se è disponibile per la riproduzione.
Comunità dei proprietari: se ci entri, il nome che scegli di mostrare (facoltativo), il nome della zona che scrivi e un punto approssimativo, che il telefono arrotonda a una griglia di circa 5 km prima di inviarlo.
Messaggi: i messaggi che scambi con altri proprietari, le persone che blocchi e le segnalazioni che invii.
Posti e manifestazioni proposti: i posti che aggiungi (nome, categoria, indirizzo, note) e le manifestazioni che proponi (titolo, tipo, date, luogo, sito, descrizione).
Posizione del telefono: solo se lo permetti, per mostrarti posti e manifestazioni vicini e suggerirti la tua zona. Viene inviata arrotondata a circa 100 metri per i posti e a circa 1 km per le manifestazioni, solo per la ricerca, e non viene salvata.
Dati tecnici: per sicurezza i server registrano dati come l'indirizzo IP e l'ora delle richieste, che vengono cancellati entro pochi giorni.

Sul telefono, o nel browser se usi l'app da lì, restano salvate solo la sessione di accesso e la lingua scelta. My Horse World non usa cookie, strumenti di statistica o di profilazione e non contiene pubblicità.

3. Perché li trattiamo

Per fornirti il servizio (account, schede, ricerche, comunità, messaggi): esecuzione del contratto, cioè delle condizioni d'uso che accetti (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Per la sicurezza, per prevenire gli abusi e per gestire le segnalazioni: nostro legittimo interesse a mantenere My Horse World un posto sicuro (art. 6.1.f).
Per rispettare obblighi di legge, ad esempio le richieste delle autorità (art. 6.1.c).

La posizione del telefono si usa solo se concedi il permesso, che puoi togliere in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del telefono.

4. Chi vede i tuoi dati

Altri utenti: i cavalli che rendi visibili agli altri proprietari mostrano la scheda (nome, razza, sesso, età, mantello, altezza, discipline, foto, note), l'albero genealogico e i figli, e gli altri possono indicarli come genitori dei loro cavalli. Un cavallo disponibile per la riproduzione compare nella ricerca dei proprietari della tua zona, con il nome della zona e una distanza approssimativa (arrotondata a 5 km). Nella comunità gli altri proprietari vedono il nome che hai scelto (altrimenti "Proprietario"), il nome della tua zona, una distanza approssimativa e i tuoi cavalli visibili. Nessuno vede mai la tua email, il microchip, l'UELN o la tua posizione. I cavalli non visibili li vedi solo tu.
Manifestazioni proposte: dopo il nostro controllo le vedono tutti, senza il tuo nome.
Messaggi: li leggono solo le due persone della conversazione. Se una conversazione viene segnalata, gli amministratori di My Horse World possono leggerne gli ultimi messaggi per decidere sulla segnalazione.
Fornitori che ci aiutano a far funzionare My Horse World, come responsabili del trattamento:
- Supabase Inc. — database, accesso e archivio delle foto, su server nell'Unione europea (Irlanda);
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Francia) — invio delle email con il codice di accesso;
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germania) — il server del sito myhorseworld.it;
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italia) — il dominio myhorseworld.it e la casella info@myhorseworld.it, se ci scrivi.
Mappe: la mappa viene scaricata dai server di OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org), che ricevono l'indirizzo IP del telefono e la zona visualizzata. I dati della mappa e dei posti provengono da OpenStreetMap.
App Store e Google Play distribuiscono l'app secondo le informative di Apple e di Google.

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li diamo a nessuno per fare pubblicità.

5. Dati fuori dall'Unione europea

I dati sono conservati nell'Unione europea. Se un fornitore vi accede da un paese fuori dall'UE, lo fa con le garanzie previste dal GDPR, come le clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea.

6. Per quanto tempo

Finché hai l'account. Se lo elimini (nell'app: I miei cavalli → icona dell'account in alto a destra → Elimina account) cancelliamo subito account, cavalli, foto, conversazioni, messaggi e blocchi. Se altri proprietari avevano indicato un tuo cavallo come genitore dei loro, sulle loro schede resta solo il nome. Restano soltanto, senza più alcun collegamento con te, le segnalazioni già inviate e i posti e le manifestazioni già pubblicati. I dati tecnici e le copie di sicurezza vengono sovrascritti entro pochi giorni.

7. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in un formato leggibile e opporti ai trattamenti basati sul legittimo interesse, scrivendo a info@myhorseworld.it. Rispondiamo entro un mese. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

8. Minori

My Horse World è rivolta a chi ha almeno 14 anni. La comunità dei proprietari, la ricerca per la riproduzione e i messaggi tra proprietari sono riservati ai maggiorenni.

9. Il sito myhorseworld.it

Il sito è ospitato su un server di Hetzner Online GmbH in Germania, che per sicurezza registra l'indirizzo IP dei visitatori e le pagine viste: questi registri vengono cancellati dopo 14 giorni. Il sito non usa cookie.

10. Utenti negli Stati Uniti

I tuoi dati sono conservati e trattati nell'Unione europea (Irlanda), con le garanzie descritte sopra, da qualunque paese usi My Horse World.
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati personali e non li condividiamo per pubblicità mirata o profilazione.
My Horse World non ti segue su altri siti o app: per questo tratta allo stesso modo chi invia dal browser il segnale "Do Not Track" e chi no.
My Horse World non è rivolta ai minori di 13 anni e non raccogliamo consapevolmente i loro dati. Se pensi che un minore di 13 anni ci abbia dato dati personali, scrivi a info@myhorseworld.it e li cancelleremo.
Ovunque tu viva, anche negli stati con leggi proprie sulla privacy come la California, puoi esercitare i diritti della sezione 7 (sapere quali dati abbiamo, accedervi, correggerli e cancellarli) scrivendo a info@myhorseworld.it, senza alcuna conseguenza per te.

11. Modifiche

Se cambiamo questa informativa, aggiorneremo la data in alto e ti avviseremo nell'app dei cambiamenti importanti.

This policy explains which personal data the My Horse World app processes, why, and with which safeguards, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. Controller

2. Which data we process

Account: your email address, where we send the sign-in code, and the language you choose.
Horse profiles: what you enter (name, breed, sex, date of birth, coat colour, height at the withers, disciplines, photo, notes), the sire and the dam, linked to another horse's profile or written by hand, and the names of the ancestors; the microchip and the UELN; whether the horse is visible to other owners and whether it is available for breeding.
Owners' community: if you join it, the name you choose to show (optional), the area name you type and an approximate point, which your phone rounds to a grid of about 5 km before sending it.
Messages: the messages you exchange with other owners, the people you block and the reports you send.
Proposed places and events: the places you add (name, category, address, notes) and the events you suggest (title, type, dates, venue, website, description).
Phone location: only if you allow it, to show places and events nearby and suggest your area. It is sent rounded to about 100 metres for places and to about 1 km for events, only for the search, and it is not stored.
Technical data: for security, the servers log data such as IP addresses and request times, deleted within a few days.

Your phone, or your browser if you use the app there, only keeps your sign-in session and your language choice. My Horse World uses no cookies, analytics or profiling tools and shows no ads.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service (account, profiles, searches, community, messages): performance of the contract, i.e. the terms of use you accept (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For security, to prevent abuse and to handle reports: our legitimate interest in keeping My Horse World safe (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To comply with legal obligations, such as requests from authorities (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Your phone's location is only used if you grant the permission, which you can withdraw at any time in your phone's settings.

4. Who sees your data

Other users: the horses you make visible to other owners show their profile (name, breed, sex, age, coat colour, height, disciplines, photo, notes), their family tree and their offspring, and others can name them as parents of their own horses. A horse available for breeding appears in the search of owners in your area, with the area name and an approximate distance (rounded to 5 km). In the community, other owners see the name you chose (otherwise "Owner"), your area name, an approximate distance and your visible horses. Nobody ever sees your email, the microchip, the UELN or your location. Horses that aren't visible are seen by you alone.
Suggested events: after our check everyone sees them, without your name.
Messages: only the two people in a conversation read them. If a conversation is reported, My Horse World's administrators may read its latest messages to decide on the report.
Providers that help us run My Horse World, as processors:
- Supabase Inc. — database, sign-in and photo storage, on servers in the European Union (Ireland);
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — sending the sign-in code emails;
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — the server of the myhorseworld.it website;
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy) — the myhorseworld.it domain and the info@myhorseworld.it mailbox, if you write to us.
Maps: the map is downloaded from OpenFreeMap's servers (openfreemap.org), which receive your phone's IP address and the area shown. Map and place data come from OpenStreetMap.
App Store and Google Play distribute the app under Apple's and Google's own policies.

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.

5. Data outside the European Union

Data is stored in the European Union. If a provider accesses it from outside the EU, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. If you delete it (in the app: My horses → account icon at the top right → Delete account) we immediately erase your account, horses, photos, conversations, messages and blocks. If other owners had named one of your horses as a parent of theirs, only the name stays on their profiles. Only the reports you already sent and the places and events already published remain, with no link to you. Technical data and backups are overwritten within a few days.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format and object to processing based on legitimate interest by writing to info@myhorseworld.it. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the country where you live.

8. Children

My Horse World is meant for people aged 14 and over. The owners' community, breeding search and messages between owners are for adults only.

9. The myhorseworld.it website

The website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, which logs visitors' IP addresses and the pages they view for security; these logs are deleted after 14 days. The website uses no cookies.

10. Users in the United States

Your data is stored and processed in the European Union (Ireland), with the safeguards described above, wherever you use My Horse World from.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising or profiling.
My Horse World does not track you across other websites or apps, so it treats every visitor the same way whether or not their browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
My Horse World is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, write to info@myhorseworld.it and we will delete it.
Wherever you live, including in states with their own privacy laws such as California, you can exercise the rights in section 7 (to know which data we hold, and to access, correct and delete it) by writing to info@myhorseworld.it. We will not treat you differently for doing so.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes.
